An officer responded to a call near the north entrance of the UNL Eastside Suites building about a stolen bike. The victim said the bike was placed near the bike rack and the only thing he found when he came for his bike was the broken lock for his bicycle. This individual pictured here is alleged to be the primary suspect that took the bike.
